What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual direction invites you to deepen your relationship with God through prayer and holy listening.

During spiritual direction sessions, you might explore lingering questions, process challenging situations, and celebrate growth. With guidance from the Holy Spirit, together we listen, wonder, and notice the presence of God in your life. Through this relational ministry, I pray that you experience the depths of God’s love for you.
